Group Nordic Ski Lesson

We took two nordic lessons-one for our son with Josh because he is already an advanced skier and the other four of us with Gary, as we are beginners. What an amazing facility and rentals. Everything, including the trails and equipment, were well taken care of and beautiful. Thanks to Josh and Gary, our instructors, we had such a blast, they helped each of us improve and then we were able to ski together as a family of 5-THANK YOU!

We took a Classic Nordic Ski Lesson with Gary. What an amazing fun experience having Gary as our instructor. The Nordic Center Is a fantastic facility with a cozy mountain vibe, easy check-in and rental fittings.

I took a classic Nordic ski lesson from Jim. This was my first time at the Nordic Center, and my first experience with classic skiing. Jim is an absolute treasure. His knowledge and teaching methods are so helpful for the brand new skier. I left feeling confident in my abilities and safe in how I was going to proceed once I was on my own. I left Alpine skiing because of a lack of feeling safe, and I have found myself in a new sport where I feel very safe and skilled thanks to Jim’s teaching methods. I will be back as soon as I’m able to do a few more runs and continue to practice my new sport. Thank you, Jim! Yesterday was a perfect day!

I took classic nordic skiing lessons with Gary & it was a great experience! Gary was an incredible instructor - he made it easy to learn & I felt fully prepared to hit the trails by myself after our lesson. The facilities, trails, and staff exceeded my expectations! This place is a true gem!

I took the Nordic Classic lesson with Jerry and have no previous experience with any type of skiing. There were 4 ladies in the lesson, none of whom knew each other and 3 of us with no experience. Jerry started with the rudimentary and worked us up to the basics. Once we finished the lesson 3 of us stayed and skied one of the trails with amazing mountain views and were able to utilize all of our skills. Great lesson and opportunity to meet new people and be able to practice the learned skills that same day.

I would leave 6 stars if I could. I absolutely loved this experience! It was my first time doing nordic/XC skiing and Jerry really was a great teacher. I had a group lesson with him and 3 other ladies (none of which knew each other) while my family was up on the mountain. Everyone who worked in the facility was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I went back out on the trails with the ladies after the lesson. We took a break for lunch, then I went out again on my own. Amazing workout, beautiful trails and the ski center itself was just gorgeous. Gino played the accordion while I waited for my family to finish skiing. Pricing was very reasonable for an entire day of skiing w/rentals and a lesson! I have always wanted to try this, and now that I have I will certainly do it again.

We are senior citizens and had not done cross country skiing for many years so signed up for the lesson. The guys were so great and patient with us and we had a great time. A very nice experience!

Fabulous experience! Highly recommend Breckenridge Nordic Center. Everyone at the center was friendly, helpful, patience. First time cross country skiing. Our instructor, Jim, was excellent! We laughed as much as we skied. BRAVO JIM! We even saw a Moose munching on willow. The beautiful day at BNC our trip unforgettable.

Great ski lesson with Jerry! I learned so much and had a lot of fun. The trails are beautifully groomed and the maps and signage are very good. No Moose - maybe next time! I would highly recommend the BNC. Also - super easy to get to w/o a car.

I believe my lesson was with Jerry, and he did a great job! He was very knowledgable and helped me in any way that he could. Everyone was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend Breckenridge Nordic Center!
